I joined DBM in January 2026, bringing more than two decades of administrative experience from a local McGladrey Alliance firm. Born and raised in Sonoma County, I am proud to continue my career serving the community I call home. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from the University of California, Davis.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching my son play high school football and cheering on the Oregon Ducks, where my other son attends college. I also love taking my dogs on their daily walks, playing pickleball, and catching live music with my husband.

Experience and Expertise:
I was born and raised in Sonoma County and hope to always call it my home. I began my career in public accounting in 2012 after graduating from Sonoma State, earning my CPA license about 18 months later. I specialize in taxation with an emphasis on flow-through entities and high net worth individuals.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Accounting, Sonoma State University
Associate of Arts, Business Administration, Santa Rosa Junior College
Associate of Arts, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Santa Rosa Junior College
Certified Public Accountant, California
Hobbies/Interests:
I have always been heavily into music, which is evidenced by my instrument collection as well as my record collection. I play drums, bass, guitar, and a little bit of piano. I do a radio show at a local non-profit station, KSVY-FM 91.3 in Sonoma, and also serve on the parent company’s board of directors. In addition, I love good food and good wine, craft beer, and cooking. My latest obsession is tacos. I have so far made carnitas and birria from scratch, and al pastor and carne asada are next.

Experience
I spent many years in computer support until an industry downturn sent me back to school to earn a long-delayed four-year degree. Because computer support offered a high degree of career flexibility, I pursued a degree with similar flexibility and graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual concentration in accounting and finance.
The flexibility of my degree led me to roles in public accounting, private accounting and a ten-year career with the IRS as a Revenue Agent and Appeals Officer. I also spent about four years as a solo CPA specializing in helping taxpayers resolve their tax issues with federal and state tax authorities, as well as advising small businesses on how to protect themselves from fraud. I’ve merged my practice with DBM in order to offer my specialized services to even more clients who need tax representation or forensic accounting services.
