In today’s innovative business world, every transaction can be complicated. Accurately recording and reporting complex transactions according to applicable accounting rules and guidance is the foundation leading to a well-managed and successfully-run company.
Equipped with extensive accounting knowledge and industry expertise, DBM’s assurance and attestation service professionals are here to help you address reporting requirements from lenders, investors, regulators, shareholders and other stakeholders. Our team is also here to help you identify business risks and provide you with best practice recommendations that can improve your operations.
The assurance and attestation services we provide include the following:
DBM’s audit team consists of seasoned audit staff members with experiences from a wide range of audit and attestation services. We put a personal touch to our services, with the knowledge base, talent, and technology equivalent to any other larger local or regional firm. DBM’s audit approach places significant emphasis on planning, because we believe a comprehensive risk assessment process leads to an efficient and effective audit. We work closely with the management team to develop this plan which will ensure prompt and high quality services.
Reviews and Compilations
We bring the same degree of knowledge and experience to financial statement review and compilation services. Although the degree of assurance is less intense in these engagements, we pay no less attention to these projects, and offer our industry expertise to help all of our clients achieve accurate reporting in their financial statements.
Quality Control and Peer Review Report
We provide a wide range of opportunities for our profession staff to continue their professional education in industry-specific topics to the services that they provide. In addition to our own internal quality control review, we also participate in the Peer Review Program administered by the California Society of CPAs, and have always received a clean report. Our most recent peer review was completed in December 2013.
